Chapter 61: Haotian Battles the Eastern Emperor
Unlike the Heavenly Principle Ziwei Enclosure of the Jade Emperor God, the Spirit Emperor Palace of the Eastern Emperor Taiyi advocates that both heaven and earth should be brought under its governance.
Therefore, the Spirit Emperor Palace not only competes with the Heavenly Principle Ziwei Enclosure for the authority to manage the heavens, but even subjects the human emperors of the mortal realm to its supervision.
Seeing the extreme boldness of the Eastern Emperor Taiyi, the Jade Emperor God declared war upon him.
The Heavenly Principle Ziwei Enclosure of the Jade Emperor God and the Spirit Emperor Palace of the Eastern Emperor Taiyi engaged in a divine war for the supreme throne of the Huaxia Realm!
Zhurong, the Southern Heavenly God, used the origin of fire to contend with the true solar fire of the Sun God Dongjun in a display of blazing might. Their battlefield was engulfed in scorching high temperatures, turning any living entity that drew near to ashes.
Rushou, the Western Heavenly God, used the origin of metal to combat the heavenly lightning and aqueous moon of the Cloud God, the Master of Clouds, pouring dazzling and dangerous brilliance upon one another and altering the colors of heaven and earth.
Xuanming, the Northern Heavenly God, utilized the divine power of the oceans to lock horns with the water-based divine powers of the Water God Xiangjun and Lady Xiang, using vast waters as a chessboard to swallow each other whole.
Houji, the Central Heavenly God, used the divine power of the earth to interfere with and rewrite each other's destinies against the forces of life, death, fortune, and misfortune respectively wielded by the God of Fate, Great Master of Destiny, and the Goddess of Progeny, Lesser Master of Destiny.
Houtu, the Heavenly Queen, employed the origin of earth to collide with the myriad-river might of the River God Biyi, striving to completely overwhelm her adversary.
The Heavenly Consort transformed into a true dragon, unleashing the domain power of the Mountain God and Mountain Ghost to trigger heaven-shaking and earth-shattering convulsions, with deafening explosions echoing endlessly between heaven and earth.
......
The deities of the Heavenly Principle Ziwei Enclosure and the Spirit Emperor Palace had already plunged into a chaotic melee.
This was the first great war in the Huaxia Realm triggered by two major divine courts; differences in stances and perspectives among the gods brought about this catastrophe.
Meanwhile, the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi had already flown into the starry vault to wage their battle.

In the cosmos.
The Jade Emperor God, gripping the Exalted Heavenly Divine Sword, and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi, wielding the Superior Emperor Divine Sword, crossed blades!
In an instant, the two completed thrusts, slashes, sweeps, chops, horizontal bars, and cleaving strikes. Hundreds of sword forms flashed past in the blink of an eye, quicker than sparks from flint.
The indiscernible sword maneuvers stirred up layer upon layer of brilliant fluorescent light, sending dazzling sparks echoing through the universe amid their ferocious clash.
The Jade Emperor God pressed the attack at a speed far exceeding that of light, rolling forward ceaselessly like ocean waves, whereas the Eastern Emperor Taiyi employed supreme swordsmanship to dance with dazzling flashes of light, neutralizing every single one of the Jade Emperor God's sword stances and launching counterattacks.
After an uncounted number of exchanges and rounds, the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi paused their sword duel, silently oppressing each other with the fierce and piercing might of Heavenly Emperors.
"Goumang, you have ultimately chosen to stand in opposition to this Emperor. I feel deeply regretful."
"Haotian! You are far too ruthless! Since you chose to stand idly by regarding the development of the human race, do not blame this Emperor for leading the Huaxia Realm forward!"
"You, lead the Huaxia Realm? The rules of the old era have long since ceased to be suitable for the Huaxia Realm. The new era of the Huaxia Realm forged by this Emperor is the path best suited for it at present."
"Forge a new era? If the heavens had eyes regarding the era you created, how could this Emperor have seized the opportunity to infiltrate? Haotian, stop being so painfully narcissistic; it is utterly nauseating."
The Jade Emperor God shook his head. "Very well, since you are so stubbornly obstinate, let this Emperor make you understand the true principle!"
With those words, the Jade Emperor God fully unleashed his Heavenly Emperor divine power, and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi closely followed suit, bursting forth with his own full Heavenly Emperor divine power.
The two supreme and mighty divine powers attempted to overwhelm one another, causing numerous massive galaxies to be shifted from their courses.
The Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi absorbed the energy of the universe simultaneously. For a time, the entire cosmos grew incomparably dim, and all luminous celestial bodies lost their colors.
Within the vast and boundless universe, only the two super-luminous entities of the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi remained confronting one another.
The Jade Emperor God produced the Primordial Emperor Bell, a supreme treasure capable of suppressing the cosmos, which began to manifest terrifying might within his grasp!
Not to be outdone, the Eastern Emperor Taiyi produced his own supreme treasure, the Infinite Dao Sound Box, and using the three thousand Great Daos as musical notes, played a soul-镇 (鎮) requiem capable of destroying the universe!
"Rumble!!!"
"Rumble!!!"
The collision between the Primordial Emperor Bell and the Infinite Dao Sound Box caused chaotic disorder in the rules, tearing apart the void and causing black holes to annihilate.
Yet, this was not the end!
The Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi continued to channel power through their respective supreme treasures!
The majestic tolling of the Primordial Emperor Bell and the wondrous melody of the Infinite Dao Sound Box tore at the universe, causing it to emit cries of anguish.
"Wuwuwu..." Within the cosmos, a projection of the Chaos Sea appeared, as if the universe were about to merge into the Chaos Sea at the very next moment.
Catching sight of the projection of the boundless Primordial Chaos Quantum Element Sea, the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi instantly realized that continuing their clash would lead to the destruction of the universe.
Thus, by tacit agreement, the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi halted the Primordial Emperor Bell and the Infinite Dao Sound Box.
"Goumang, follow this Emperor to the Chaos Sea for a decisive battle!"
"Hmph! Let us go then! As if I would fear you!"
With utmost speed, the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi dashed out of the universe, heading toward the boundless Primordial Chaos Quantum Element Sea beyond the cosmos.

The Boundless Primordial Chaos Quantum Element Sea.
The Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi continued their earlier clash here.
The Jade Emperor God channeled the Primordial Emperor Bell with all his might to suppress the Eastern Emperor Taiyi, while the Eastern Emperor Taiyi exerted himself to drive the Infinite Dao Sound Box, releasing the sound of the Great Dao.
Their combat caused void after void to collapse, and brilliance rivaling massive galaxies to spark one after another.
This was the confrontation of supreme Heavenly Emperors!
Seeing that he could not subdue the Eastern Emperor Taiyi promptly, the Jade Emperor God produced yet another supreme treasure, the Exalted Heavenly River Scroll, summoning the powers of the Azure Dragon, Vermilion Bird, White Tiger, and Black Tortoise to reinforce himself. Finally, the Jade Emperor God brandished the Corroding Grand Origin Water Basin, seeking to annihilate the Eastern Emperor Taiyi with the primal Dao—Nothingness.
Alarm bells ringing frantically in his mind, the Eastern Emperor Taiyi immediately summoned the Heavenly Emperor Monument, exhausting all his divine power to activate its strength and counter the Jade Emperor God.
The moment the Heavenly Emperor Monument appeared, it carried an irresistible force that dispelled the nothingness.
Gritting his teeth and persisting, the Jade Emperor God channeled all his divine power into the Corroding Grand Origin Water Basin, intending to completely finish off the Eastern Emperor Taiyi with this single strike.
The supreme Heavenly Emperor powers within both the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi erupted forth like boundless oceans at this moment.
Using the divine power of their respective masters as fuel, the Corroding Grand Origin Water Basin and the Heavenly Emperor Monument mutually eroded each other's domains.
"Sizzle, sizzle..."
In the region where the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi clashed, there existed a void and annihilation that swallowed everything.
An ultra-massive formless sphere rapidly formed and expanded, instantly pulling both the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi into its interior while continuing to swell.
No one knew what would happen once they were contained within this formless sphere.
The formless sphere was filled with unknowns, and within it, rules entirely foreign to the universe began to gestate.
Yet! Upon reaching a cosmic scale, the formless sphere suddenly burst apart, and the Jade Emperor God and the Eastern Emperor Taiyi were thus engulfed by the exploding sphere......
